Orders may be cancelled before pickup without any cancellation charges.

Once garment processing has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Service was not provided.
• Duplicate payment was made.
• Verified service-related issues.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall generally not be provided in the following cases:

• Inability to remove certain stains.
• Fabric damage caused by inherent garment defects.
• Manufacturer-related defects or quality issues.

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
